The client wanted to be able to walk out from the French windows and straight onto the deck, this meant lots of structural beams underneath to raise the area, and a staircase built to create access. We chose Yellow Balau timber for decking as it's a quality hardwood that lasts. The job also included a secret door for storage and a sunken trampoline!
