Art collection studio
The client needed a space that could house an art and furniture collection alongside a space for dress making.
Foundations on this project were 6 concrete pilings, on these we sat concrete beams to bump the timber frame from the ground.
We built the timber frame in the workshop in panels that could fit through the dog leg in the Victorian house. The frame panels were screwed together and the main carcass of the build was up in just over a day.
They wanted a smart modern look for the facade and got it with the asymmetrical Black cladding.
